I was invited by Blogie Robillo (a blogger friend) to try the new dishes Bangkok Wok is offering. And I did not hesitate to grant the opportunity to taste these dishes. In fact, the foods that we’ll be going to taste are not yet in their menu. How gladly to know that we are the first to try these dishes.. ;)) So I prepare my stomach for this invitation…
Thanks to Carmina Mapa-Del Rosario for a warm welcome and introducing us these mouth-watering dishes… Anyway, let the foods be served!!..
Yam Pak Boong - crispy kangkong salad in a sweet lime dressing with shrimps and crunchy shallots - P225 (Good for 4-6 pax)

"This recipe was a best-seller at Chef Pam Panyasiri's in NYC and took months for us to develop until we achieved a perfect blend of herbs consisting of cinnamon sticks, cumin, ground coriander." says Carmina.

Ruamit - Thai halo-halo - P85

And before we end the show... tang tadadangg.... Their illy coffee!!
